Wow. So I'm not a blogger...

Ha! I'm REALLY bad about this blogging thing. I update enough on facebook that I kind of neglect this blog.

So what's happened over the last year?

~MrWebster sold the franchise. He's back to the 8-5 grind.

~We added another itsy to the clan. She arrived via SUCCESSFUL VBAC!!!

~Itsy is TWO tomorrow! Wow time flies! He knows his alphabet by site, shapes, and can count to 5.

~MissItsy is rolling, babbling up a storm and close to sitting.

Here's our family!

Bad mommy

No update for 4 months? Pathetic, huh?

Well Itsy is walking and gabbering and kissing... So much cuteness in one little package! We had his 1st birthday party last month.

Daddy taught him how to throw balls, so now our dog is his best friend. :)

We changed the office into his room so that the new baby (oh yeah! I haven't updated with THAT information! haha!) can have the nursery. Simon's new room is currently his playroom but we'll be borrowing a crib &/or a toddler bed for him soon!

And back to the other news, we're due on my birthday: April 5th! I'll try to remember to update again once we know the gender.

And I forgot that Daddy DID buy a franchise. So he's a self employed business owner now! :) Got wood floors? Call us!

8 months old...

Well Itsy is 8 months old now. He's now wanting to pull up all the time, and is taking assisted steps. He won't hardly sit still anymore - he wants to GO GO GO! He babbles more often and gets awfully slap happy when he's tired...laughs and is easily amused late at night. haha!

Real estate is really busy for me lately. Go figure! You hear all about how bad the market is, and how bad the economy is, but it's been steady for me. I've been selling real estate for 10 years now. Much longer than most stay in the business!

Mr Webster is still looking to buy a business of our own. There's a franchise that he's really interested in, so we could use some prayers on this!

We've also started trying to have a little baby brother or sister for Itsy.

As you can tell, I don't blog often. See you in a month or so, unless we have good news sooner!

7 months old now!

As the cliche goes, the time has flown by! Itsy sits all on his own now and rolls all over the place. Time to baby-proof the house! He's so into his surroundings. You can just see the wheels spinning inside that little head. :)

Spring has come to the Ohio Valley as well. It's so nice being able to get out of the house and enjoy the weather. Itsy LOVES going for walks. I think he really likes the wind in his face. He just giggles. He also loves going to the park. The swing is definitely his favorite. He gives it a big THUMBS UP MOM!

On a happier note...Itsy is 6mos old today!

6 months ago today our cute little Itsy was born! Happy half-birthday baby boy!

Flu, flu go away...don't come back another day

Itsy has been sick for a week straight now. It started last Tuesday. I got it Wednesday morning and MrWebster got it Wednesday afternoon. Grandma watched him for a couple hours on Wed for us. I took him to the pediatrician on Thursday. He wasn't dehydrated and he gave me signs to watch for. Grandma got sick Friday morning. It's a NASTY NASTY bug!!

On Saturday evening Itsy vomitted twice and still acted like there was more in his tiny tummy. I was worried and MrWebster & I knew I wouldn't be able to sleep so I took him to the Urgent Care center. They tested for rotavirus (negative) and gave him some tylenol for a slight fever. He again was ok on hydration.

He's still fighting it, but seems to FINALLY be improving. We didn't go to church yesterday because we didn't want to pass it to a nursery full of babies. I'm exhausted from getting up so many times through the night. My washing machine is tired of all the laundry!!

Itsy has found his voice!

It's squeals now for happy or mad or just plain "pay attention to me!!" He especially likes to scream "HEY!" to Sis. He can spend all day just watching her and the cats.

He's getting more into a schedule now which is GREAT for me. I can get more done when he's not sleeping or eating every hour! He's usually in bed by 6:30, but wakes up around 8 for one last feeding. Then he's down til 4 or 5! I'll take it!

It snowed last night so Monkey Matt and Yaya may come over and get us to go sledding. Mommy's glad she paid $2 at a yard sale for a snow suit for him now! I'll get some pictures or video if we get out it it.

MLK Day

Itsy Bitsy & I stayed over night at Aunt Rissa's and spent MLK day with her and Dill Pickle. Dilly seemed quite amused at the little one. Itsy seemed pretty interested in this "crawling" adventure, and Daddy can't wait for him to try. Cousin Dilly has lots of cool toys that IB had fun playing with. I can't wait til the boys are able to play together better, We got new hand-me-downs and a new bouncy chair to bring home!

Itsy Bitsy loved watching Piccalo & Nala. Sis is fun to watch, but Piccalo has cool colors!

Welcome

The dear husband doesn't care for blogging, so I guess it'll be up to me to show him how useful it can be. I'm hoping our family and friends frequent this site to see updates on the ItsyBitsy Webster.
